Emsland’s Expert Team Visits Haiganglong to Co-Develop New Dairy Application Solutions
Recently, Shenzhen Haiganglong International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haiganglong) welcomed a team of dairy experts from Germany’s Emsland Group, including dairy R&D specialist Anna and Asia-Pacific Sales Manager Anica. The two parties engaged in several days of in-depth technical collaboration at Haiganglong’s laboratory in Shenzhen. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen Sino-German cooperation in dairy application development and further localize German products for the Chinese market.
At the Haiganglong lab in Shenzhen, the teams conducted joint experiments and technical discussions focused on key processed cheese products such as cheddar cheese slices and shredded mozzarella. Through on-site formulation trials and texture evaluations, Emsland R&D expert Anna and Haiganglong’s R&D engineer Sandy exchanged technical insights, and held extensive discussions on the differences in consumer preferences between China and Germany in terms of taste, texture, and product performance. Anna also shared the latest advancements in the use of dairy additives and modified starches from Germany.
Notably, Mr. Michael Tsang, President of Haiganglong, actively participated in the entire process — from ingredient selection to product shaping — demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to product development and technological innovation.
This technical exchange not only deepened the partnership between Emsland and Haiganglong but also laid a solid foundation for future strategic collaboration in dairy ingredients, formulation development, and market expansion. Moving forward, Haiganglong will continue to join forces with Emsland, combining German technological expertise with deep insights into the Chinese market to develop more high-quality, locally relevant products — contributing to the high-quality development of China's dairy industry.
